Shipping Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery times depend on your location:

  • United States: 7-10 business days

  • International: 7-10 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

Customs and Duties
International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon the package's arrival in their country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

  • The product was not delivered within the estimated timeframe.

  • The customer has a change of mind within the legal withdrawal period (7 days after receiving the product), provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

📦 Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Digital downloads or software, once activated or accessed

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
