Refunds may be requested in the following cases:

The product was not delivered within the estimated timeframe.
The customer has a change of mind within the legal withdrawal period (7 days after receiving the product), provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
📦 Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Customized or made-to-order products
Digital downloads or software, once activated or accessed
Items marked as "Final Sale"
📝 Refund Procedure
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at info@ecosaac.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, the reason for your request, and supporting photos if necessary.
Once your request has been reviewed, we will inform you of its acceptance or rejection.
💳 Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
If the refund is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the refund is requested for other reasons, return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
