Orders are shipped no later than 4 days after the order is confirmed, excluding promotional periods, weekends, holidays, and vacation periods as indicated on the Le Joli Shop website.

During promotional periods (sales, Black Friday, discount codes), orders are shipped within 7 business days.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday via La Poste as Colissimo home delivery (without signature) or to pickup points, depending on the customer's choice.

Delivery costs are determined based on weight and volume.

Delivery fees are not refunded for packages that are not collected within the allotted time and are returned to Le Joli Shop.

Once the package is handed over to La Poste, the customer will receive delivery to their home or another chosen location (pickup point).

Free delivery is offered for Metropolitan France for orders over €100, only for pickup point delivery. If the customer wishes to return items and receive a refund, and their total order is less than €100, the delivery fees will be deducted from their refund.

It is important that the mail carrier has all the necessary information to deliver the package to the customer without difficulty.

At any time, the customer can track their package on the La Poste website by entering their tracking number.

If the customer is absent, the mail carrier will leave a notice in the mailbox indicating the date and address of the post office where the customer can pick up their package upon presenting an ID.

Le Joli Shop cannot be held responsible for delivery delays that are not its fault or are due to force majeure.

International Delivery

Le Joli Shop offers international Colissimo delivery for the following areas and countries: European Union, Eastern Europe, Switzerland. Le Joli Shop does not deliver to French overseas territories (DOM TOM).

Orders (excluding Breton bowls and rattan chairs) are shipped no later than 4 to 7 days after the order is confirmed, excluding weekends, holidays, and vacation periods as indicated on the Le Joli Shop website.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday via La Poste as international Colissimo or Chronopost, depending on the customer's choice.

Estimated delivery times are 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.

At any time, the customer can track their package on the La Poste website by entering their tracking number. Full or partial tracking is available depending on the destination.

Chronopost International Express guarantees delivery within 24/48 hours to major global economic centers.
